| DOA (Dead on Arrival) | If the product is faulty within the first 24 hours of receipt, contact us immediately. We will proceed with the return and replacement of the item or the full refund in case of lack of stock. (using the same method used for the purchase). |
| Post-DOA Warranty | The warranty period is the one established by each brand and product. As a first step, you must always contact us. We will guide you to the Official Warranty Service of the brand or its representative. |
| Warranty Shipping Cost | The shipping cost of the product to Technical Service will be covered by the product brand or, failing that, by MAG Tecnología. |
